Job Summary Provide end-to-end support for drivers by handling enquiries, resolving issues, and managing engagement activities to improve satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams and deliver both remote and face-to-face assistance to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities • Manage and support drivers via call centre (chat and phone), handling enquiries and resolving issues • Act as the main contact point, sharing updates on benefits, programmes, and company initiatives • Work closely with internal teams to resolve driver-related matters efficiently • Conduct engagement activities and gather feedback to improve driver satisfaction • Provide face-to-face support to drivers and address concerns professionally Requirments • Good interpersonal and communication skills • Experience in Microsoft Office Other Information • Location: Tampines • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm • Salary: Up to $2,600 Yana Norzamry | Personnel Registration No: R26160959 | EA Licence No.91C2918
