Administrative Officer (Case Management) | GOVT

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Case Management Officer to manage cases towards closure and transfer, ensuring smooth coordination with clients, community partners, and professionals. Key Responsibilities: • Manage cases and work closely with clients and professionals, such as community agents, to ensure case closure and transfer. • Coordinate with officers, supervisors, and agencies for case triage and/or introductory meetings with clients and agencies. • Provide administrative support to ensure the proper closure and transfer of cases to community partners and professionals. • Draft and submit emails, referral forms, and closure reports to relevant agencies. • Update data and upload necessary documents in the case management system. • Assist with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Specific Requirements: • Diploma in Social Science (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, or Sociology). • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. • Meticulous with experience in handling data (e.g., Microsoft Word and Excel) and administrative duties. • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. • Previous experience in handling related operations is preferred. • Positive working attitude with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
