Job Summary Support app updates and rollout checks while monitoring app ratings and crash reports. Collaborate with QA and product teams to ensure smooth app performance and user satisfaction. Responsibilities • Perform checks during app updates and rollouts to ensure successful deployment and functionality • Monitor app ratings and analyze crash reports to identify issues affecting user experience • Collaborate with QA and product teams to communicate findings and support app improvements • Apply basic knowledge of mobile apps to troubleshoot and support app performance Preferred competencies and qualifications • Entry to mid-level experience in mobile app support or related roles • Basic understanding of mobile app functionality and user experience Other Information • Salary: SGD 3,500 – 5,500/month
