App User Review & QA Coordinator – Job Description An App User Review & QA (Quality Assurance) Coordinator is responsible for monitoring user feedback and ensuring that mobile applications meet high quality standards. This role combines two key functions: managing user reviews and supporting basic quality assurance processes to improve app performance and user satisfaction. The main responsibility of this role is to review and analyse user feedback from app stores such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This includes reading user ratings, comments, and complaints to understand how users experience the app. The coordinator identifies recurring issues such as bugs, crashes, slow performance, or confusing features and reports them to the development team for further action. In addition to handling user reviews, the QA part of the role involves testing app features to ensure they work correctly. This may include performing simple test cases, checking app updates, and verifying that reported issues have been fixed. The coordinator helps ensure that new updates do not introduce new problems and that the app remains stable and user-friendly. Another important duty is categorising and organising feedback into clear groups such as technical issues, usability problems, feature requests, and positive feedback. This helps teams prioritise improvements based on user needs and impact. The App User Review & QA Coordinator may also assist in writing short summaries or reports that highlight key user concerns, app performance trends, and overall satisfaction levels. These reports are used by product managers and developers to guide future updates and improvements.
