Machine Learning / GenAI EngineerDomain: Smart Manufacturing & AI Solutions Role OverviewWe are hiring ML/GenAI Engineers to design and deploy AI solutions for smart manufacturing. The role focuses on improving production efficiency, reducing downtime, and enabling Industry 4.0 capabilities using machine learning and generative AI. Key Responsibilities• Build ML models for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and process optimization  • Develop GenAI applications (chatbots, automated reports, simulations)  • Create data pipelines for IoT, sensor, and MES data  • Integrate AI solutions with factory systems for real-time insights  • Apply AI/vision techniques for quality control and defect detection  • Monitor model performance and automate retraining (MLOps)  • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams; present insights via dashboards  Required Skills• Atleast 3 years of experience in Software and IT arena • Strong programming in Python, R, or Java  • Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn  • Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes)  • Understanding of manufacturing/MES systems and industrial data  • Experience with predictive analytics and real-time data processing  • Solid data engineering skills (SQL/NoSQL, IoT datasets, cloud platforms)  • Good problem-solving and communication skills  Nice to Have• Experience in Industry 4.0 / smart factories  • Exposure to GenAI/LLMs or computer vision
