Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to support critical digital platforms across web, mobile, and kiosk environments. This role focuses on ensuring system stability through deep troubleshooting, incident management, and continuous service improvement. You will work across cloud-based systems and content platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high availability and performance of applications in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Production Support & Incident Management • Investigate and resolve complex production issues across applications and platforms • Perform in-depth analysis to identify root causes and restore services promptly • Take ownership of incidents from identification through resolution Cloud & Platform Support • Support applications hosted on cloud platforms, including troubleshooting performance and connectivity issues • Diagnose and resolve issues related to application hosting, deployments, and system availability CMS & Web Platform Support • Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise content management platforms • Resolve issues related to content delivery, caching, and publishing processes System & Integration Troubleshooting • Investigate issues across APIs, backend services, and system integrations • Support database-related checks and validations to ensure data integrity Monitoring & Preventive Maintenance • Analyze system logs and monitoring alerts to proactively detect potential issues • Recommend and implement improvements to prevent recurring incidents Security & Compliance Support • Support troubleshooting related to access control, certificates, and secure configurations • Ensure adherence to operational and security standards Collaboration & Coordination • Work closely with development, infrastructure, security teams, and external vendors • Maintain clear documentation of incidents, resolutions, and system changes Requirements Technical Skills • Hands-on experience supporting cloud-based applications (Azure preferred) • Experience with web applications, APIs, and system integrations • Familiarity with content management platforms (e.g. AEM or similar) • Basic knowledge of database querying (SQL) Support & Operations • Strong experience in application / production support (L2/L3) • Proven ability in incident management and root cause analysis • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) Security & System Knowledge • Understanding of: • Access control Certificates and secrets management Secure system configurations Soft Skills • Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset • Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills • Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline Key Attributes • Able to work in high-pressure, critical environments • Proactive in identifying and resolving issues • Strong ownership and accountability Please send your detailed resume in MS Word format to resume@goldtecHRs.com with • Education Level • Working experiences • Each employment background • Reason for leaving each employment • Last drawn salary • Expected salary • Date of availability
