Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise Finance and Warehouse systems within a large-scale operations environment. This role focuses on gathering business requirements, driving system enhancements, supporting integrations, and ensuring smooth operations across finance and inventory management platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge in Finance and Warehouse operations, together with hands-on experience working with business users, technical teams, and vendors to deliver system improvements and operational support. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering • Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements • Translate operational needs into functional specifications and process flows • Conduct impact analysis for system enhancements and process changes • Facilitate discussions between business users and technical teams Finance & Warehouse Systems Support • Support Finance and Warehouse related applications and operational workflows • Analyze and troubleshoot system and process-related issues • Support inventory, procurement, stock movement, and finance transaction processes • Ensure system configurations and workflows align with operational requirements System Enhancement & Integration • Coordinate and support application enhancement initiatives • Work closely with technical teams on system integration and data flow activities • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization • Participate in defect analysis, root cause investigation, and issue resolution Testing & Documentation • Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, and user stories • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities • Maintain proper documentation for business processes, configurations, and issue tracking • Support training and knowledge transfer to end users where required Stakeholder Management • Coordinate with operations, finance, warehouse users, vendors, and IT teams • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and dependencies • Support continuous improvement initiatives across operational processes Requirements Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Finance, ERP, or Warehouse system environments • Experience supporting Finance and Warehouse operational workflows • Hands-on involvement in system enhancement, testing, and support activities Functional & Technical Skills • Good understanding of Finance and Warehouse business processes • Experience with ERP or enterprise operational systems • Exposure to system integration, data flow, and reporting processes • Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or interface troubleshooting is advantageous Core Competencies • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good documentation and stakeholder management abilities • Able to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams • Comfortable working in fast-paced operational environments Good to Have • Experience in hospitality, gaming, retail, or large enterprise environments • Exposure to SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project delivery methodologies Please send your detailed resume in MS Word format to resume@goldtecHRs.com with • Education Level • Working experiences • Each employment background • Reason for leaving each employment • Last drawn salary • Expected salary • Date of availability
