AS400 Application Support Engineer_Contract

We are looking for an experienced AS400 Application Support Engineer to provide support and maintenance for AS400-based applications. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in Smart400 and PolisyAsia/Polisy400, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with teams. Key Responsibilities Provide application support and troubleshoot production issues Support and maintain Smart400 and PolisyAsia/Polisy400 applications Perform BO development and enhancement activities Analyze incidents and provide timely resolutions Coordinate with business and technical teams for issue resolution Support onsite operational activities Required Skills AS400 Application Support experience Strong knowledge of Smart400 Experience in PolisyAsia / Polisy400 BO Development experience Good analytical and problem-solving skills Good to Have Web Services / REST API development experience Smart Upgrade experience General Insurance domain knowledge Other Requirements Independent and good team player Result-oriented mindset Strong communication skills Willingness to work onsite Experience 4+ years of relevant experience preferred
