About this role
Key Responsibilities• Support the annual asset verification and stocktake exercise • Test and prepare stocktake equipment, update user guides, and prepare asset listings • Liaise with business departments and guide them through asset verification processes • Work with vendors to troubleshoot issues during RFID-based asset verification exercises • Perform sampling checks on physical assets to ensure accuracy of records • Review and consolidate departmental submissions for management reporting • Update asset location records following office relocations or renovations • Witness and document asset disposal activities • Assist with asset management transactions, postings, and reconciliations in Workday and Asset Management Systems • Support ad-hoc operational and administrative assignments as required Requirements• Singaporean Only • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines • Prior experience in asset management, inventory control, operations, or administrative support is an advantage • Familiarity with asset management systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
