Role Overview: Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager to support project management teams in planning, coordinating, and executing building projects. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of assisting in the delivery of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and schedule requirements. Responsibilities: • Assist Project Managers in coordinating all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources, providing regular updates to senior management. • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. • Support procurement activities, including reviewing quotations, contracts, and purchase orders. • Assist in reviewing project drawings, specifications, and documentation. • Track and report project progress, risks, and issues, escalating when necessary. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. • Assist in resolving on-site issues and supporting project teams in achieving milestones. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or related roles. • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. • Knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project coordination preferred.
