Job Description Provide support activities required to maintain the systems’Service Level Agreement (SLA) such as: - Security Monitoring/Tracking - Sites Support - Software and Vulnerability Patching - Review and Implementation of Change Requests - Support Procurement Activities - Obsolescence Management - Audit - Monthly review of accounts and server log activities - Submission of security clearance for vendors - Scheduled and ad hoc system maintenance. - Technology Refresh and Migrations Qualifications Other requirements: - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience - Government projects experience - IM8 – know about VAPT etc. Vulnerabilities remediation,waiver etc. Risks etc. Cyber Knowledge - On prem cloud knowledge - PM knowledge or lead the team WHAT’S ON OFFER You will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
