About this role
Responsibilities • Verify HR benefits claims such as medical and dental, conduct regular expense audits, and liaise with external parties. • Prepare monthly salary and bonus payments, maintain payroll records, handle payroll accounting, billing, invoicing, and annual tax declarations • Manage payroll billing communications with external organizations • Respond to complex payroll and claims enquiries from line managers, employees, and auditors, and prepare reports for management and audit purposes • Lead digitalisation and automation initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness, efficiency, and governance within the unit • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for processes and operations within assigned portfolio • Accurately update personnel, deployment, payroll, and claims data in HR systems such as Workday, Excelity, Erideon, and Resource Management System • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements and operational enhancements • Support the team in adopting and executing new workstreams as relevant Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience in payroll and expenses operations and/or compensation & benefits functions • Familiarity with Workday HR functions and Excelity for payroll and expenses processing • Strong numerical aptitude with meticulous attention to computation and calculation • Ability to manage tasks calmly and effectively under time pressure • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills Interested candidates, please click on the following link to begin your job search journey and submit your curriculum vitae (CV) directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO.
