About the Job• Onboarding & Compliance Management: Partner with clients and internal compliance units to facilitate seamless KYC, CDD, and AML processes within required timelines. • Service Excellence: Act as a dedicated point of contact to resolve daily client inquiries and maintain service standards. • Business Development Support: Assist Relationship Managers in evaluating new deals, preparing credit proposals and presentations, and navigating the credit approval lifecycle. • Portfolio Oversight: Perform consistent account and loan reviews, ensuring all financial covenants and bank policies are strictly honored. • Risk Monitoring: Execute post-lending surveillance and transaction monitoring, sourcing necessary documentation to justify account activity. • Client Engagement: Participate in roadshows and site visits alongside Relationship Managers to strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunities. • Governance & Reporting: Complete all mandatory regulatory checklists and administrative tasks assigned by department leadership. Skills and Requirements• Regulatory Proficiency: Comprehensive understanding of AML, KYC, and CDD frameworks within a banking environment. • Credit Analysis Skills: Ability to assist in the preparation of credit proposals and monitor financial covenants effectively. • Relationship Support: Experience in assisting with portfolio management and supporting high-level client interactions. • Documentation Accuracy: Strong attention to detail regarding regulatory compliance and internal bank reporting policies. • Collaborative Mindset: Proactive communicator capable of liaising between clients, sales, and risk departments.
