Associate, Personal Accident Claims (1 Year, UP$3.5K, Raffles Place)

• Assess and approve personal accident claims accurately within established turnaround timelines and authority limits • Evaluate medical, financial, and supporting documentation to ensure appropriate claim decisions and reserve adequacy • Manage claim investigations, including liaising with medical institutions, policyholders, and internal stakeholders • Review pending claims to ensure timely resolution and proper closure • Identify claim trends, irregularities, or inappropriate practices, and recommend improvements to strengthen controls and streamline processes 2. Stakeholder & Customer Engagement• Collaborate with medical institutions, policyholders, and internal stakeholders to gather and clarify required information • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distribution channels • Deliver a high standard of customer service 3. Service Excellence• Provide clear, empathetic, and timely communication to policyholders, claimants, agents, medical professionals, and internal teams • Ensure a smooth, transparent, and efficient claims process 4. Compliance & Governance• Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements to maintain integrity in claims operations • Exercise sound judgment with accountability, balancing both business and regulatory considerations Requirements• Bachelor’s degree or Professional Insurance Certificate, preferably in insurance, healthcare, or a related discipline • 3–5 years of relevant experience in accident, health, or life claims • Strong understanding of medical practices, terminology, and coding systems (e.g., ICD/CPT), as well as insurance policy terms • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex medical data, identify trends, and make sound decisions under pressure • High attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of claims without compromising quality • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills • A collaborative team player who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile.
