Job SummaryCedar Girls’ Secondary School is seeking a skilled and proactive Audio-Visual (AV) Multimedia Executive to manage, maintain, and support the school's audio-visual and multimedia infrastructure. The role involves providing technical support for lessons, school events, multimedia productions, live streaming, and ICT-enabled learning while ensuring the reliability of AV systems and equipment across the school. Key Responsibilities Audio-Visual & Multimedia Operations• Provide AV and multimedia support for lessons, examinations, meetings, CCAs, and school events. • Set up and operate sound systems, projectors, displays, and multimedia equipment. • Manage live streaming and video conferencing platforms. • Support photography and videography activities using professional DSLR cameras and related equipment. • Assist staff and students with multimedia content production and editing. ICT & Multimedia Support• Provide in-class technical support for ICT-integrated lessons. • Assist teachers in multimedia-based teaching activities. • Support creation and editing of videos, digital content, and multimedia presentations. • Troubleshoot AV and multimedia-related technical issues. ️ Equipment & Asset Management• Manage maintenance, servicing, and repair of AV and multimedia equipment. • Maintain accurate inventory and asset records. • Monitor equipment usage and loan management systems. • Conduct regular equipment inspections and asset verification. • Coordinate equipment replacement and lifecycle planning. Procurement & Budget Support• Provide recommendations on procurement of AV equipment, software, and multimedia tools. • Work with HOD (ICT) and ICT Associates on procurement planning. • Support budgeting and cost management for equipment maintenance and upgrades. Training & User Support• Conduct AV and multimedia training sessions for staff. • Guide users on best practices for multimedia tools and systems. • Support school departments in media-related projects and event coverage. Project Management & Stakeholder Coordination• Collaborate with ICT teams, vendors, and school departments. • Manage AV-related projects from planning through implementation. • Coordinate vendor activities and installation works. • Ensure timely completion of school AV enhancement projects.
