The successful candidate will design and facilitate restorative practice programmes, engage parents and teachers, and support students in developing positive relationships, self-regulation skills, and conflict resolution strategies. Key Responsibilities‍ Student Engagement• Design and deliver restorative practice programmes for Primary 4 and Primary 5 students. • Facilitate classroom-based sessions focused on: • Positive peer relationships • Empathy development • Emotional regulation • Conflict resolution • Monitor student participation and progress. ‍‍ Parent Engagement• Meet and engage parents regarding student development and behavioural concerns. • Provide recommendations and strategies to support social-emotional growth at home. • Facilitate restorative conversations involving students, parents, and school stakeholders when required. ‍ Teacher Collaboration• Work closely with Form Teachers and Subject Teachers. • Share observations and recommend intervention strategies. • Support teachers in implementing restorative approaches within the classroom. • Participate in discussions and conferences involving students, parents, and school personnel when necessary. Working Schedule• Fridays: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break) • No work required on Saturdays, Sundays, and Singapore gazetted public holidays.
