About this role
Role Overview The Team Coordinator supports daily planning and executionof AV ride operations. The role focuses on scheduling, coordination withexternal groups, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities • Plan and manage daily ride session schedules, including group bookings and time slots • Liaise with external organisations on bookings, session arrangements, and pre-visit coordination • Track bookings, attendance, and basic operational data • Coordinate with technical and operational teams to confirm daily vehicle tasks, deployment plans, and readiness • Support preparation of vehicle runs, including vehicle allocation and preparation of data disks • Support on-site coordination of ride sessions when required Work Arrangement • Primarily planning and coordination role; on-site presence required when needed (Punggol) • May require weekend support depending on schedule Requirements • Basic proficiency in desktop applications (e.g. Excel, booking tools) • Organisational and communication skills, comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders • Prior experience in operations coordination, scheduling, or event support preferred • Experience liaising with external stakeholders is an advantage
