AVP, Customer Lifetime Management (6-Month Contract) Location: Raffles Place Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: S$5,000 – S$7,000/month Completion Bonus: 0.5 month bonus upon successful contract completion Job PurposeWe are seeking an experienced professional to support and drive customer lifecycle management initiatives focused on maximising customer value, improving retention, and increasing customer engagement. This role will leverage customer data and insights to design and execute targeted lifecycle strategies across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, cross-sell/upsell, and retention initiatives. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Lifecycle Strategy & Execution • Execute customer lifecycle initiatives across onboarding, engagement, retention and re-purchase journeys • Develop campaigns and initiatives to improve customer lifetime value, policy holdings per customer, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities • Build customer segmentation and personalised engagement strategies across digital and agent-assisted channels • Work closely with Distribution, Product, Digital and Analytics teams to deliver cohesive customer initiatives Customer Analytics & Insights • Analyse customer and campaign performance data to identify trends and generate actionable recommendations • Monitor key metrics including retention, cross-sell rate, customer lifecycle management (CLM), policy holdings per customer and business outcomes • Prepare performance updates and provide recommendations for continuous improvement Leads & Opportunities Management • Develop and implement an end-to-end framework for lead and opportunity assignment and tracking • Manage governance, stakeholder alignment and optimisation of lead management processes • Improve lead quality, conversion performance and turnaround efficiency Requirements• Degree holder with 8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, customer lifecycle management, marketing automation or process improvement • Strong business acumen with excellent stakeholder collaboration skills • Ability to work across cross-functional teams and drive alignment • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Results-oriented with a data-driven mindset • Experience in customer engagement, CRM, campaign management or lifecycle marketing will be advantageous Interested candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
