About this role
Location: The Esplanade Mall Working Hours: • Monday – Thursday: 8.00am – 5.30pm • Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm Contract Duration: Minimum 3 months (extendable up to 9 months based on performance) Salary: 2900 - 3900 Responsibilities• Deliver registry and frontline support through digital platforms and counter services • Handle public enquiries and service requests professionally • Process and verify filings and applications through digital systems • Manage service issues and provide service recovery where required • Support walk-in and digital customer interactions • Provide guidance on processes and respond to FAQs Requirements• Diploma in any discipline • Experience in project management (systems development-related experience preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Comfortable working across multiple IT platforms • Customer service experience is an advantage • Organised, detail-oriented and able to prioritise effectively • Able to maintain confidentiality • Passionate about serving the community Interested candidate please click "APPLY" to begin your job search journey and submit your CV directly through the official PERSOL job application platform - GO Mobile We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
