About this role
• Position: Barista • Refer To: Restaurant Manager • Par-time Working hours: Full Time 46.5hrs x Week (44hrs + 2.5 hrs OT) 5 Days a Week: • Morning Shift Monday to Friday 10am to 3pm. • Evening Shift Monday to Friday 5pm to 10pm • Works at the bar counter to prepare drinks for customer • Available to work also weekend. • Deliver good customer service • Ensure customer satisfaction • Bar Cleaning • Inventory • Able to Communicate and work well with co-workers, both in the kitchen and the service area. • Able to work under pressure • Salary: $2700 Full Time 25hrs x Week, 5 Days a Week: • Morning Shift 10am to 3.00pm. • Works at the bar counter to prepare drinks for customer. • Work from Monday to Friday • Deliver good customer service • Ensure customer satisfaction • Bar Cleaning • Inventory • Able to Communicate and work well with co-workers, both in the kitchen and the service area. • Able to work under pressure • Salary: $1800 Benefit: • Monthly Bonus based on target achievement • Referral Bonus • Staff Meal • Discount across sister companies
