• Job Title: Business Analyst - Application / Production Support (Enterprise Applications) • Contract Duration: 12 Months Contract • Location: Singapore Role Summary We are looking for a Business Analyst to support HR and Corporate Services applications, focusing on business engagement, application support, vendor coordination, and project delivery. The role will ensure stable operations while supporting enhancements and technology initiatives across enterprise platforms. Key Responsibilities • Support day-to-day operations and enhancements for HR and Corporate Services applications • Engage business stakeholders to gather requirements and perform impact assessments • Coordinate with vendors, AMS providers, and delivery partners • Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities • Track issues, risks, dependencies, and support stakeholder communication • Support governance, audit, cybersecurity, and compliance-related activities • Requirements • 3-8 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Application Support • Experience supporting enterprise platforms such as SAP, ServiceNow, ERP, Anaplan, or similar systems • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Experience managing vendors and technology delivery partners • Good understanding of application delivery lifecycle and operational support Preferred • Exposure to technology risk, audit, cybersecurity, or compliance environments • Understanding of integrations and identity/access management Argyll Scott Asia is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
