Role Title: Business Analyst - Global Market Role Type: Contract - 6 Months with a potential to extend The Business Analyst will support strategic and operational transformation initiatives within Global Markets Operations (GMO), driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency across the business Key Requirements: • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Services, Investment Banking, or Global Markets Operations. • Strong understanding of operational processes, business workflows, and transformation initiatives. • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, BRDs, functional specifications, and process flows. • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across Business, Operations, and Technology teams. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Hands-on experience with MS Office tools, JIRA, Confluence, and Visio. • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and governance frameworks. • Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot or AI-driven automation solutions is advantageous. Responsibilities: • Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across regions. • Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions. • Support project delivery through documentation, governance reporting, and workflow analysis. • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure successful implementation and testing. • Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk standards.
