Role Title: Project Manager (Tech & Ops SME) - Global Market Role Type: Contract - 6 Months with a potential to extend We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects across technology and operations. The role will involve managing project scope, timelines, stakeholders, governance, risks, and financials while ensuring successful project implementation. Key Responsibilities: • Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery. • Drive project planning, stakeholder management, governance, and reporting. • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project dependencies. • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. • Facilitate business requirements gathering and support testing activities. • Manage project budgets, resource planning, and tracking. • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting, forecasting, and operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with organizational governance and standards. • Requirements: • 8+ years of Project Management experience. • Exposure to AI tools such as Copilot or other AI-enabled solutions would be an added advantage. • Proven experience delivering complex projects within timeline and budget. • Proven experience managing end-to-end project delivery across operations and business teams. • Strong Operations SME background with solid understanding of operational lifecycles. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. • Experience with Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project methodologies. • Hands-on experience with MS Office, MS Project, JIRA, and reporting tools. • Exposure to AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot) for reporting or automation is preferred. • Preferred Background: • Experience within Financial Services, Investment Banking, or Global Markets Operations. • Knowledge of business analysis or process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma. • Strong organizational, prob
