Job Overview We are seeking a technically inclined Business Analyst to support and enhance enterprise HR systems, with a strong focus on system integration, data flow, and solution delivery. This role goes beyond functional HR support and requires close collaboration with technical teams to design, implement, and optimize system integrations across platforms. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical execution, ensuring scalable and well-structured solutions. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Management • Engage stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications • Produce structured documentation including BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows • Analyze impact of system changes across interconnected platforms System Integration & Data Flow • Work closely with technical teams to support integration between HR systems and enterprise platforms • Understand and document data flows, interfaces, and dependencies across systems • Support integration design discussions, including API, middleware, and batch interfaces System Enhancements & Delivery • Drive system improvements and configuration changes within HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of requirements • Support defect analysis, root cause investigation, and resolution Testing & Implementation • Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring full coverage of business scenarios • Validate system behavior against requirements and integration points • Support deployment, post-go-live stabilization, and continuous improvement Stakeholder & Vendor Management • Act as the key interface between business users, IT teams, and external vendors • Facilitate alignment across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment • Provide structured updates on progress, risks, and dependencies Requirements Experience • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or system-focused roles • Proven experience supporting HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors • Hands-on involvement in system integration, enhancements, and UAT cycles Technical & Functional Skills • Strong understanding of system integration concepts, data flow, and dependencies • Exposure to integration tools or platforms (e.g. SAP CPI, APIs, middleware) • Familiarity with HR modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, or Performance • Ability to interpret technical designs and engage effectively with engineering teams Core Competencies • Strong documentation skills with structured and detail-oriented approach • Analytical mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions • Effective communication across both business and technical stakeholders • Experience working in Agile or Waterfall delivery environments Nice to Have • Experience in large-scale enterprise system implementations • Exposure to cloud-based HR platforms and integration ecosystems • Certifications in Business Analysis or HR systems Please send your detailed resume in MS Word format to resume@goldtecHRs.com with • Education Level • Working experiences • Each employment background • Reason for leaving each employment • Last drawn salary • Expected salary • Date of availability
