About the RoleOur client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support a key investment execution initiative. This role will focus on understanding business needs, improving processes, and delivering practical solutions that enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable outcomes. Key Responsibilities• Requirements Gathering Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives • Process Analysis & Improvement Evaluate existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and optimisation opportunities Develop process maps and future-state designs to support transformation initiatives • Solutioning & Delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement practical, scalable solutions aligned with business needs • Data Analysis & Insights Perform data analysis to support decision-making Develop reports and dashboards to communicate insights and track performance • Project Support Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders • Documentation Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, workflows, and project artefacts • Stakeholder Management Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and effective communication • Training & Adoption Support end-users through training, documentation, and onboarding to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, solutioning, or process re-engineering • Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions • Experience in process mapping, usability testing, and stakeholder engagement • Strong skills in documentation and business analysis artefacts • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical thinking with a structured approach to problem-solving • Proactive, self-driven, and adaptable with a strong learning mindset • Familiarity with data quality practices and operational excellence frameworks • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders All information will be kept strictly confidential.
