A Business Development Executive (BDE) drives company growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. They are responsible for lead generation, pitching products/services, negotiating deals, and conducting market research to expand the company's market share. Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation & Outreach: Identifying potential clients via research, networking, and outreach (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn). • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients. • Sales & Negotiation: Preparing and delivering persuasive pitches, creating business proposals, and negotiating contracts to close deals. • Market Analysis: Analyzing competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities. • Strategic Planning: Collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop initiatives for expanding the company’s footprint. • Reporting & CRM Usage: Tracking sales metrics, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems Required Skills and Qualifications • Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for presentations and negotiations. • Interpersonal Skills: Strong networking skills to build rapport with potential clients and stakeholders. • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Workspace. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decision-making.
