About this role
The RoleAs a catalyst for new business, you will be responsible for hunting and developing new opportunities by leveraging your experience, expertise, and internal resources to engage prospective clients. You will act as a spokesperson for Info-Tech, confidently engaging with HR practitioners, business owners, and C-suite leaders across various industries. Your role will be instrumental in enabling local SMEs to digitalize HR functions, delivering transformational customer outcomes. About the Role• Develop and manage long-term strategic relationships with prospective and existing clients • Identify, manage, and close multiple opportunities and projects concurrently to drive commercial growth • Work towards monthly targets aligned with team goals • Provide pre-sales technical and functional support to prospective clients and customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction with minimal supervision • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute valuable insights and ideas • Maintain accurate visibility and forecasting of sales activities using CRM systems and relevant metrics • Target and influence new customers to adopt the full range of Info-Tech products About You• Strong work ethic – self-motivated, driven, and hungry to succeed.
