Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to bridge business objectives with technology solutions across enterprise transformation initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technology partners to identify opportunities for process improvement, define business requirements, and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and proven experience driving business and digital transformation projects. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Solution Design • Engage stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities. • Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to identify business needs. • Evaluate existing processes and recommend technology-enabled improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Support the development of innovative solutions that align with business goals and user expectations. Requirements Management • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications. • Prepare and maintain project documentation including business requirement documents, process flows, user stories, and use cases. • Ensure requirements are clear, traceable, and aligned with project objectives. • Collaborate with technical teams to validate feasibility and solution design. Process Improvement & Project Delivery • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation. • Work closely with project teams, architects, and developers throughout the project lifecycle. • Support solution evaluation, impact assessment, and implementation planning. • Assist in resolving business and system-related issues during project execution. Stakeholder & User Engagement • Act as the key liaison between business users and technology teams. • Facilitate discussions, workshops, and requirement review sessions. • Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across multiple teams. • Support change management and user adoption activities where required. Testing & Quality Assurance • Assist in preparing test scenarios, test cases, and user acceptance testing plans. • Coordinate and support UAT activities with business users. • Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business requirements and quality standards. Requirements • Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or related roles. • Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder management. • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. • Experience with business analysis and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or similar platforms. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills • Experience supporting digital transformation or process improvement initiatives. • Exposure to hospitality, integrated resort, e-commerce, or customer-facing platforms. • Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PSM, or PSPO are advantageous. • Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and user-centric solution design.
