About this role
Job Responsibilities • Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle for application solutions, from lead generation to deal closure. • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and market engagement. • Identify client needs and position tailored application services, including:Application modernization Application rationalization Application transformation Application migration & implementation Application support and managed services • Develop and deliver high-impact proposals, presentations, and solution pitches to clients. • Engage with C-suite stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Head of IT) to influence decision-making and drive strategic deals. • Manage bid processes, including RFP/RFI responses, especially for GovTech and public sector opportunities. • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful deal conversion. • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM updates. • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth objectives. Technical Skills & Experience• Proven experience in selling application development and application managed services. • Strong understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, digital transformation, and cloud-based application solutions. • Experience handling GovTech, healthcare, or banking/financial services clients in Singapore. • Familiarity with public sector procurement processes (GeBIZ, RFP/RFI submissions) is highly preferred. • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
