Overview TEKsystems is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Business Operations / Business Support Analyst to support critical business and operational functions within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for a strong team player with a growth mindset, excellent reporting capabilities, and a keen interest in AI, automation, and continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will support day‑to‑day business operations, management reporting, and stakeholder coordination, while contributing to initiatives that improve efficiency, governance, and decision‑making. Key Responsibilities • Support a broad range of business operations and business management activities, adapting to evolving priorities. • Prepare, maintain, and enhance routine reporting, dashboards, and management information, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency. • Produce clear, concise, and executive‑ready presentations and materials using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Analyze data to generate insights and support business recommendations and decision‑making. • Assist with governance, control, and compliance routines to ensure consistency and accuracy of information. • Support workforce, resource, or operational tracking activities, including data maintenance and reporting. • Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and documentation as required. • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization. • Collaborate closely with team members, providing coverage and support as needed. • Contribute ideas to improve processes, reporting, and ways of working, including the use of AI and automation tools. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; fresh graduates with strong potential and a learning mindset are welcome. • Strong team player with a positive, proactive, and growth‑oriented mindset. • Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand business processes and adapt to change. • Experience with AI tools or automation concepts, or a strong interest in applying technology to improve processes. • Strong reporting and analytical skills, with solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
