We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service to join our Front-of-House team. Full-Time (FT): 5-day work week (inclusive of weekends and public holidays) Salary: From $2300 14 days AL 14 days medical leave 13-month bonus Part-Time (PT): Minimum 3 working days per week (inclusive of weekends and public holidays) Salary: From $12-$14/hour Our Front-of-House team represents the overall service and hospitality of the café. We are seeking individuals who are service-oriented, team players, and passionate about the F&B industry to ensure every guest has a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Key Responsibilities • Provide friendly and efficient customer service • Recommend menu items when required • Process orders using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system • Ensure timely preparation and serving of items • Assist with table setting and clearing during service periods • Support the shift manager in daily operations and event coordination • Escalate customer feedback when necessary • Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards • Perform any other duties as assigned Requirements • No experience required (training will be provided) • Experience in F&B or retail is an advantage • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Positive attitude and strong team player • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Willing to work weekends and public holidays Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Professional development • Promotion to permanent employee
