About this role
Work location: Central Working hours: Mon to Fri office hours Salary: $2580 per month 12 months contract Job Scope: • Manage assigned cases by supporting case coordination and tracking • Engage clients and relevant professionals to gather information and facilitate follow-ups • Coordinate with internal officers and external agencies on case triage and referrals • Provide administrative support for case closure, documentation, and transfers to community partners • Draft clear and professional emails, referral forms, and closure reports • Maintain accurate records by updating case details and uploading documents in the Case Management System • Ensure all cases are handled in accordance with established procedures and timelines Requirements: • Diploma in Social Science or related fields • Able to work independently, as well as in a team • Meticulous and experience in handling data • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) • Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders • Past experiences in case management Interested applicants please apply or email your CV to nadirah.hirwandy@tg-hr.com SINGAPOREANS ONLY
