Job Description: Join our friendly and energetic team at Mi Dian! We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier to manage all customer transactions accurately and efficiently. As the first point of contact for our customers, your friendly and courteous service is key to ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities: • Handle cash, credit/debit card, and digital payment transactions. • Issue receipts, process refunds, and manage exchanges. • Assist customers with enquiries and provide information on products or promotions. • Operate the Point-of-Sale (POS) system with speed and accuracy. • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the checkout area. • Assist with stock replenishment and managing merchandise displays when needed. • Balance the cash register at the start and end of shifts. • Stock inventory manage. • Basic hygiene control.
