About this role
Summary of the role: Provide administration support to the IT Operations Team that is deployed at the customer site. Responsibilities: • Submit service request tickets in ITSM (IT Service Management) when requested by the support teams or clients -> track and ensure they are completed to meet pre-defined turnaround time. • Help and assist in tracking the clean laptop counts. • Help and assist in scheduling appointments for various activities. • Keep track of the asset inventory in the storeroom. • Any other ad-hoc duties as required and assigned in relation to the administration support. Requirements: • At least 1 year of experience in similar job capacity preferred. • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Basic knowledge in using ITSM tool will be an added advantage. • Basic technical skills in End User Computing Devices (EUCD) will be an added advantage. • Good communication skills in both oral and written.
