About this role
Responsibilities: • Handle front desk duties and attend to walk-in enquiries • Manage phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email correspondence • Assist with student/customer registration and scheduling • Support teachers when required • Maintain attendance records and administrative documents • Support invoicing, payment collection, and basic dataentry • Coordinate with teachers/staff to ensure smooth daily operations • Prepare materials and assist with Centre activities • Ensure the reception, classroom and common areas are neat and organized • Ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: • Diploma in Business Administration or related field • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work independently and responsibly • Prior administrative/customer service experience is an advantage • Able to work in weekdays evening and weekends • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers) • Able to work weekdays evening & weekends Salary: • $10 to $15 per hour (based on experience) Location: • Orchard, Far East Shopping Centre We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified
