About this role
Contract Administration • Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts (main contracts, subcontracts, supplier agreements). • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Risk & Claims Management • Identify potential contractual risks and propose mitigation strategies. • Handle claims, variations, and disputes with clarity and evidence-based documentation. Project Support • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to align contract terms with operational realities. • Monitor contract performance and enforce obligations. Stakeholder Engagement • Act as the primary liaison with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers on contractual matters. • Provide clear communication to senior management regarding contract status and risks. Financial Oversight • Track contract-related costs, variations, and payment schedules. • Support budgeting and forecasting by integrating contractual obligations. Leadership • Guide contract administrators and junior staff. • Establish best practices in contract management across projects.
