About this role
Job Duties: • Handle HR-related work, including onboarding and offboarding, training support, employee relations, and daily HR administration • Assist to organize staff activities, team building, and employee engagement initiatives to enhance staff belonging and participation. • Manage internal communications and content, including drafting and publishing news articles, event reports, internal notices, and related materials. • Perform secretarial and coordination duties, including meeting arrangements, minute-taking, document circulation, and drafting official correspondence and reports. • Support external liaison, CSR initiatives, and community-related activities where required. • Other ad hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements: • • Min Degree and above or related discipline with relevant working experience or professional qualifications. • Relevant work experience in HR, corporate culture, secretariat, or general administration is preferred; experience in a financial institution will be an advantage.
