Responsibilities: Overview: The Data Management Officer is a key member in the Client Account Modification department. Responsible for data maintenance in T24, CRM,Filler, eBanking, etc for client portfolios and agents (EAM/EFA/Finder relationships), as well as handling of ad-hoc client output requests. Description: • Establish and build strong relationship through consistent interaction with Front Office/key stakeholders across the Bank regarding the services and support they require, and challenges faced. • Manage Front Office’s queries and support troubleshooting • Deliver consistent service and meet the established SLAs (Service Level Agreements) while complying with the Bank’s policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements • Ensure timely and accurate processing of opening, closure and static data maintenance (e.g. blocking/unblocking of account, Relationship Manager reassignment, Agent and Counterparty records in the Bank’s various systems • Ensure new account opening welcome pack with relevant enclosures are accurately processed and sent without delay to Client • Conduct name searches for requests from Compliance / Legal • Timely and accurate processing of e-banking applications /modifications / cancellations, mailing addresses and conditions changes for clients and agents • Handle returned mails for client portfolios • Manage ad-hoc client statements and advices printing requests • Perform signature verifications of the client forms • Support the team in user acceptance testing and procedures documentation • Understand and possess good knowledge of system/business requirements in how Client/Counterparty/Agent records are maintained/derived • Support any ad-hoc tasks / requests as assigned from time to time Requirements: • Diploma/ Degree with at least 3 years of related working experience • Previous experience in static and/or mailing related data maintenance for Client, Agent (EAM, EFA, Finder) and/or Counterparty records is preferred • Good knowledge of account documentation requirements in a Private Banking environment will be an advantage • Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Macros and Visual Basic knowledge as well as an aptitude for technology We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
