Key Responsibilities • Oversee and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations and patient service processes • Manage frontline administrative and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and service standards • Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and overall service experience • Coordinate staff scheduling, manpower planning, and leave arrangements for clinic operations teams • Support onboarding, coaching, and performance development of clinic staff • Monitor appointment systems and operational performance to ensure optimal patient flow • Participate in digitalisation and process improvement projects involving appointment, queue management, and mobile/web-based systems • Handle patient feedback professionally and support service recovery efforts • Ensure operational procedures comply with organisational policies and healthcare regulatory guidelines • Maintain accurate operational documentation and support continuous process enhancements Requirements • Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Business, Chemistry, Healthcare Management, or related disciplines • Experience in operations coordination, team supervision, or healthcare administration will be advantageous • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills • Training and structured guidance will be provided for candidates with strong learning agility and interest in healthcare operations Interested applicants may send their updated resume to leonleong@recruitexpress.com.sg Leon Leong De Cong R1551708 Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA License No. 99C4599
