Job Summary Our clinic seeks a temporary part-time Clinic Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant for 6 weeks to 3 months to manage front desk operations, appointment scheduling, payment collection, medical record maintenance, and clinic cleanliness. Responsibilities • Answer phone calls promptly to assist patients and provide information • Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently to optimize clinic workflow • Collect payments using NETS and Visa machines accurately and securely • Maintain and update medical records to ensure accurate patient information • Type medical reports clearly and accurately for clinical documentation • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the clinic environment to support a professional setting • Use Microsoft Word and computer systems competently to perform administrative tasks Preferred competencies and qualifications • Completion of GCE 'O' Levels • Moderate typing speed to support timely document preparation • Basic phone etiquette to communicate professionally with patients • Good communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff
