Key Highlights: • Office Hours: Monday - Friday • Nearest MRT: Raffles Station • Join a meaningful role supporting museum collections and heritage operations, helping to coordinate artefact movements, exhibitions, loans, documentation, logistics, and stakeholder liaison within a culture and arts environment. Key Responsibilities: • Support the administration of acquisitions, donations, and incoming loans, including coordination of documentation, agreements, logistics arrangements, condition reporting, conservation requirements, and related compliance matters. • Assist with exhibition, gallery rotation, maintenance, and development-related works, including scheduling, space planning, artefact movement tracking, art-handling supervision, logistics coordination, conservation arrangements, and inventory record maintenance. • Support the day-to-day operations of artefact stores, including access control, inventory registration, environmental and pest monitoring, storage arrangements, and management of storage materials and supplies. • Assist in planning and managing outgoing loans and travelling exhibitions when required, including budget tracking, procurement support, timeline coordination, and logistics follow-up. • Provide administrative support for insurance matters, stock-take exercises, inventory checks, artefact viewing and documentation sessions, valuation or re-valuation exercises, testing arrangements, and divisional reporting. • Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including curators, project teams, exhibition managers, conservation teams, vendors, and project partners to ensure smooth coordination of collection-related activities. Key Requirements: • Degree holder in any relevant discipline. • Relevant experience in museums, galleries, arts, culture, heritage, collections, exhibitions, logistics, or operations would be advantageous. • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills. • Able to manage multiple tasks and work within tight project timelines. • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling documentation and inventory records. • Keen interest in culture and the arts, with sensitivity towards the care and handling of historical artefacts.
