Mon to Sat / 8am - 6pm At least 20years experiences Job Description • Lead pre- and post-contract management, including tender reviews and negotiations • Manage contract administration, including claims and variation orders • Ensure compliance with BCA, LTA, and MOM regulations • Oversee main contract and subcontract agreements execution • Prepare, review, and submit contractual claims and correspondences • Monitor project budgets and cost performance • Track cash flow and financial forecasts for projects • Manage monthly progress claims and payment certifications • Oversee final account preparation and settlements • Implement cost control measures and value engineering initiatives • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers • Provide commercial support to Project Directors and site teams • Prepare and present commercial and financial reports to management • Identify and mitigate contractual and commercial risks • Support audits, insurance matters, and dispute resolution processes Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field • 8–12 years of relevant experience in construction or M&E industry in Singapore • Strong knowledge of contract forms (PSSCOC, SIA, FIDIC, LTA) • Expertise in cost management, claims, and contract administration • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
