RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is hiring for a Communication & Content Specialist #ESY internship — a 12-month, on-site Design role based in ORCHARD ROAD, Singapore. It is an unpaid internship. About this role
• Communications & Content Development: • Creative development and content production of strategic communication deliverables including memos, presentations and fact sheets for diverse internal and external audiences and special projects. • Create engaging multimedia content, including videos, digital and social media assets to effectively convey key messages. • Manage and update internal communication platforms (intranet, newsletters, memos). • Media Monitoring and Reporting: • Support media relations, including proactive monitoring, analysis, and vendor management. • Event Management & Coordination: • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks and logistics for senior visits, CCO town halls, global campaign activations etc. • Oversee all aspects of event delivery, including creative design, content, logistics, and on-site management, working with partners and vendors where necessary. • Governance & Operations: • Manage and ensure compliance with governance processes, including approvals and audit requirements. • Maintain accurate records and support all reporting obligations (quarterly, ad-hoc).
