Communications & Programme Admin (Social Service)

• Work Location - Thomson, Central Region • Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm • Monthly Salary - $3160 • Govt Agency, 12 months contract Job Scope: • Monitor and track child protection cases in the media. • Develop communications materials, including EDMs and related assets. • Support knowledge management activities, including documentation and organisation of information. • Conduct data analysis to support reporting and decision-making. • Provide event coordination and logistical support. • Assist in project management tasks, including meeting coordination, stakeholder liaison, project tracking, and budget monitoring. Requirements: • Degree in any related field. • Strong written communication skills, including experience in content development and minute-taking. • Proficient in Excel for data analysis; experience with research or reporting tools is an advantage. • Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
