The team is product-led and release-driven, with strong collaboration across product, engineering, and creative functions. With expansion across multiple jurisdictions, they are hiring their first Compliance leader to build a scalable compliance foundation that supports confident launches. The roleAs Compliance Director, you will build the compliance function from the ground up, centralising regulatory knowledge, setting practical workflows, and partnering with Product and Engineering to support frequent releases. You will also manage external testing and certification partners to keep launches market-ready across targeted markets. Key responsibilities (focus areas)• Build a central multi-jurisdiction compliance requirements repository (traceable, version-controlled, easy to use) • Map requirements to product implementation, flag conflicts/overlaps, and close gaps • Embed compliance into the SDLC and release cycle, including change management for updates • Identify risks early and translate requirements into practical implementation steps • Own external lab/certification coordination: submissions, testing timelines, status tracking Requirements• 10–15+ years in compliance / regulatory delivery for multi-market digital products • Strong documentation, requirement tracking, and process setup skills • Comfortable as a standalone leader, with scope to build the function and team • Strong cross-functional partnering with Product and Engineering Strongly preferredHands-on compliance/certification exposure for RNG-based interactive products (slot-style mechanics or similar), plus experience with accredited labs/technical audits and fast release cadence.
