About this role
Job responsibilities: • Assist in the mobilization of standby personal at all levels on emergency calls. • Liaise with Service Crews on work pertaining to interruption of gas supply, gas leak, gas supply incidents. • Co-ordinate the dispatching of mobile contractors for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) servicing requests. • Co-ordinate the dispatching of Service Crews for Residential / Commercial after sales requests. • To support and enhance operations such as responding to Electric vehicle users’ inquiries via calls / emails. • Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
