Successful Applicants must be comfortable with working on rotation shifts and weekends as and when required. Job description: • L1 & L2Production Support Engineer • Migrating Cisco T severs to latest new servers. • Act on Day-to-Day House Keeping tasks by using tools & scripts • Address Tickets with in SLA and Resolving tickets • Analyze Problems & escalate to appropriate Levels. • Report Bugs & follow through with Development for fixes • Trouble ticket Management and Defect resolution as per agreed SLA. • Bringing required application support /DBA /OS Support personnel during problem resolution. • Provide Support in L2 Level depending on the priority of the issues to meet Client’s SLA. • Involved in code level investigation of the jobs (UNIX, Shell Scripting, SQL, PL/SQL). • Writing the shell scripts and SQL queries according to the customer requirement. • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors Job requirements • 2 years + experience in UNIX/ ORACLE • Degree in IT Interested applicants, please email your resume to Karin Chan Wei Kien Email: karinchan@recruitexpress.com.sg CEI Reg No: R1104584 EA Licence No: 99C4599 Recruit Express Pte Ltd Company Registration Number: 199601303W
