About this role
Job Duties: • Conduct probity checks in preparation for RNF appointment/update activities of financial representatives. • Update records on RNF licenses, activities and compliance tagging, and file licensing related documents in system • Daily employee screening monitoring and escalation of alerts • Support annual RNF, non-RNF and MRT Fit & Proper exercises • Support crafting of Code of Conduct EDMs • Support drafting Code of Conduct policy changes • Conduct annual review of Code of Conduct write-ups with policy owners • Any other ad-hoc tasks as required Period: • 8 months contract Location: • Raffles Place Working Hours: • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Salary • up to $4000 Job Requirements: • Minimum Diploma holder, HR experience preferred. • Familiar with Excel skills (Vlookup, pivot table, etc). • Able to work in fast-paced environment.
