About this role
Job Scope: • Support and coordinate the planning andimplementation of programmes to strengthen crisis preparedness for religiousorganisations • Build and maintain partnerships withreligious organisations, government agencies, vendors, and communitystakeholders • Coordinate training sessions, engagementactivities, and capability-building programmes • Support emergency preparedness, contingencyplanning, and resilience initiatives • Manage programme administration,communications, registrations, databases, and reporting • Track programme performance, feedback, andtraining statistics • Assist with stakeholder engagement andpublicity efforts • Support initiatives that strengthen socialcohesion and crisis response readiness within the community Requirements: • Has at least three (3) years experienceworking with community groups • Strong acumen for data and financials andliteracy skills (Microsoft Office software) • Willing and able to assist with ad-hoctasks • Willing to work on evenings, weekends and/orafter office hours engagements with community leaders • Positive attitude and willing to learn • Able to engage stakeholders and volunteerseffectively • High level of initiative with a strong senseof responsibility and commitment. • Able to multi-task, work under tightschedules in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment • Personal interest inbuilding and strengthening community relationships.
