About this role
Job Scope: • Support and coordinate the planning and implementation of programmes to strengthen crisis preparedness for religious organisations • Build and maintain partnerships with religious organisations, government agencies, vendors, and community stakeholders • Coordinate training sessions, engagement activities, and capability-building programmes • Support emergency preparedness, contingency planning, and resilience initiatives • Manageprogramme administration, communications, registrations, databases, andreporting • Track programme performance, feedback, and training statistics • Assist with stakeholder engagement and publicity efforts • Support initiatives that strengthen social cohesion and crisis response readiness within the community Requirements: • Has at least three (3) years experience working with community groups • Strong acumen for data and financials and literacy skills (Microsoft Office software) • Willing and able to assist with ad-hoc tasks • Willing to work on evenings, weekends and/or after office hours engagements with community leaders • Positive attitude and willing to learn • Able to engage stakeholders and volunteers effectively • High level of initiative with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. • Able to multi-task, work under tight schedules in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment • Personal interest in building and strengthening community relationships.
